At this event top managers discuss among themselves as well as with politicians and business leaders. The different, new environment underscores the title’s aspiration: To feature the industry on its way into the future.
Future Lawyer Congress
Cologne, the Marriott Hotel. It was a joint invitation by the companies Walters Klüver Germany and Soldan to a congress where for two days experts took a glimpse into the future of law firms. The participants were given lectures on changes due to the ongoing digitalisation in the legal market on the one hand and different approaches in law firms on the other.
ADB Annual Meeting, Frankfurt
The 49th annual meeting of the Asian Development Bank took place in early May 2016 in Frankfurt where the European Representative Office is located. Every year, the general meeting is hosted in and by a different member state. 67 countries are shareholders in the bank and it is not foreseeable when will be the next time the meeting takes place in Germany. These facts make the meeting a truly outstanding event.

As regards content, this is about surveys on the situation of medium-sized enterprises that were commissioned by the bank and presented to the guests by experts at the events. The programme and the discussion are moderated by popular moderators such as Jan Hofer.
COP23 - World Climate Change Conference Bonn 2017

This year’s congress of the German Society For Nuclear Medicine took place on the trade fair grounds in Dresden. The Sisley company wanted their employees to receive information on the new products Germany-wide within a narrow time frame. Nuanced application of the sound system…
A nuanced application of the sound system that prioritises speech intelligibility and provides all seats in the room with sound in equal measure. The stage area is equipped with a discrete set of speakers which pre-vents disturbances and enables dialogue between the participants and the speakers.
Stimulating lighting design…
Lighting focuses the attention and enhances concentration. A stage that does not stand out against its environment is visually tiring. Especially for the people in the last row, 20m away from the stage where the speaker is barely visible anyway.
The combination of bright high-definition projectors, high quality screens and the possibilities of today’s image production creates visual compositions that are more than the sum of its parts. The speaker’s live image puts everyone in the best seats in the house.
Programme and lecture support…
The higher the number of participants, the more important is the smooth running of the event, the staying on schedule. Handover and technical check of the media, support to the speakers, anticipatory assessment of the time required for the individual programme items and coordination with the organiser, active control of the staging including lighting and clips.. IVS VOTING: The wireless voting system will deliver answers already during your lecture. It is widely used e.g. within the framework of further education in the medical sector.
Conference App: The paperless conference folder, the digital assistant at the conference providing all the information on the events and the presentations of the speakers.
Throwable Microphones: Liven up the discussion. The speakers toss the ball around. Or rather, as in this case, a foam cube with an integrated wireless microphone.
